Job description
German Speaking Mid-Market (MM) Telemarketing LGRs (Lead Generation Representatives) are part of the Telemarketing Organisation. The role of Telemarketing is the identification and nurturing opportunities with a view to maximising revenue from Marketing Campaigns, Events and Web Responses.

LGR is responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing opportunities from Inbound/ outbound Marketing Campaigns and Web activity. Team have ibm.com product knowledge and lead identification skills to drive validated pipeline, lead progression and won revenue. Cross Selling/Clothing as appropriate.

Lead identification (pre-sales) experience.
Customer Focus and previous telephone related experience.
Experience of working in a target driven environment

Required
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
At least 6 months experience in Lead identification skills
Basic knowledge in the companys product knowledge
English: Fluent
German: Fluent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
