IT Helpdesk - Must be fluent in French, Italian and English
Role
My client an large IT support company based in Cork have an urgent need for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support on all software installed and/or configured on any of the following platforms Windows NT, Windows 2000 and UNIX.
Requirements
Candidates will need a minimum of 18 months experience gained in customer support ideally within a corporate or distribution channel support environment. Experience of networking and web/internet protocols including UNIX, TCP/IP and NT are required.
Candidates will need to be fluent in FRENCH AND ITALIAN with excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
The salary for this vacancy will be in the region of28,000 per annum
