Tele Sales Specialists Maintenance - Swedish Speaking

IBM is recruiting the best Sales Specialists and hence offering you an
exiting sales job at the IBM Service Division in Dublin. You will work
towards IBM's entire customer base in Sweden, selling in IBM's Maintenance
Services Division. Generating substantial revenue for IBM, but more
importantly, ensuring that our customers IT environment is always up and
running.

You will be working primarily as a Tele Sales Specialist in a young
international IBM team and be responsible for the entire IBM customer base,
selling in IBMs Services Division. In order to achieve clients expected
business results and generate substantial revenue for IBM, the Sales
Specialist is in authority to identify new opportunities and to close the
sale. The Sales Specialist therefore must have the ability to:

- Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain
effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key
decision makers and influencers;
- Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations achieving lasting
agreements and commitments;
- Explain the products benefits to the customers and overcome their
objections;
- Identify and prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of
opportunities by focusing on e-business;
- Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling,
involving influencers as appropriate;
- Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of IBM;
- Develop an effective account plan and manage the revenue, wallet share as
well as the customer satisfaction on assigned accounts;
- Commit to and deliver results according monthly targets/forecasts;

Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in an IT related discipline;
- Fluent in Swedish and working knowledge in English;
- Preferably university degree in a business or IT related discipline.
- Good communication skills
