RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solve complex technical issues autonomously and provide quality and efficient support services to corporate Clients over the phone and via email
- Integration and maintenance of Software products within Clients networking environments
- Software/network troubleshooting

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years experience provide technical support to end users and some experience supporting corporate businesses a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux/Unix OS ESSENTIAL
- Solid Networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
- Undertaking CCNA certification desirable

- Excellent verbal Communication skills
- Positive and confident approach to work
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to take on own initiatives and to work part of a team
- Well-rounded personality
- Good learning abilities

- Fluency in French and English
