Meghen Group Support Services is currently recruiting 4 German speaking Technical Support Agents in Cork. This is a Permanent position with Excellent Career Opportunity. Our client is a World Leading Computing Manufacturer well known on the market. The starting date for this position is 19th November 2009.

The role requires general technical and customer service duties, follow-up standard diagnostic procedures in order to handle queries in the most effective way possible and if a more complex problem occurs recognize it and escalate accordingly, providing feedback to the team leader.

Responsibilities:
-Answering customer queries about the products, systems, peripherals and software provided by the company

-Provide appropriate and accurate technical support via phone

-Troubleshooting

-Analyze the information provided by the customer on the phone and then drive it to resolution

Skills required:
-Fluency in both German and English

-Great communicational and organizational skills

-Previous call centre experience

-High level of computer literacy and knowledge of hardware principles
