Role: Opportunities now exist to for 1st and second level Technical Support Engineers to deal with a variety of moderate to complex technical issues to cover the German & French markets. The role will involve helping clients with both post and pre sales queries while working closely with Field Sales, Account Managers & Internal and External clients.

Skills: Ideally you will be fluent in German with a solid Technical Background and 2 years + experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager working for an IT Multinational. Candidates need to be very strong in operating systems especially & Networking. Experience as a system administrator is a strong advantage
