Greek Customer Service

My client based in Dublin is looking for Greek speakers for Customer Service roles.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers on the Greek market
• Process information and deal with follow-up queries on returns or complaints
• Making outbound calls to customers to keep them updated on their query
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer
• Using strong IT Skills

Skill Required:
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and listening skill
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and proven problem-solving skills
