Currently we are looking for "Photography Support Representative" with German language.

Objectives:
“The primary role of the Photography Support Representative is to provide first class Pre & Post Sales support to customers”

Salary: €20,000 Full Time Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Provide first class support within a call center environment to customers, primarily via telephone but also using Web and Email services
• Achieve and maintain service level statistics on an individual and team level
• Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre
• Track & document customer & problem information in the client call logging system
• Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
• Achieve company standard quality scores

Personal Success Profile:

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and understanding of photography basics and computer operating systems
• Excellent Customer service skills, a minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced, goal-oriented environment
• Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening
• Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support
• Ability to manage time wisely to meet call handle time and work with targets
• Flexibility to work various shifts and good time management skills
• Previous exposure and experience of using photographic equipment would be advantageous
