Company: Our client is a leading IT company, well known world wide. Their European Customer Service headquarters are based in Ireland (Dublin).
Role: As part of a pan-European team, in a contract basis, you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of small structures / medium size IT outsourcer) troubleshooting raid issues. Alongside with a selection of European experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in hardware / software support preferably experience in remote support at a 2nd / 3rd level. Knowledge of every different aspects of the network administration (hardware- and software), RAID, N+, LINUX in addition to a willingness to learn about state-of-art equipment. Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills are mandatory. Each specialist will be in charge of his country so if fluency in English is mandatory a native fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
