2.QUALIFICATIONS:
*University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology). In lieu of the above requirement, candidates with two (2) or more years of relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industries will be considered.
3.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Minimum of two (2) years of clinical research experience
*Ability to monitor study sites independently according to protocol monitoring guidelines, Sop's, GCP and ICH Guidelines.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good analytical and negotiation skills.
*Computer competency.
*Skills: Competent Italian and English, written and oral communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in an accurate and timely manner; Ability to communicate with professional medical personnel; Understanding of the drug development process.
*Physical Requirements: Ability to travel an average of 60-65% through all Italian Regions, often overnight, occasional international travel.
