Senior PM II&III

Description:

The primary role of the Project Manager is to provide tactical management, administration and leadership to the project teams, in order to ensure that the projects proceed on time and within the designated budget. The position provides the client with timely project status information and serves as the key operational interface between the client and the project teams.
Experience:
*Education: B.S. /B.Sc. /B.A. in a science or industry-related discipline; M.S. /M.Sc. /M.A. preferred.
*Minimum Work Requirements: An outstanding track record within a CRO or a pharmaceutical company; previous work experience in clinical research. Substantial work experience in project management; a track record of building and leading interdisciplinary project teams that successfully deliver projects on time and to budget.
*Skills: Leadership skills that include the ability to build effective project teams, ability to motivate others, delegation, drive and timely/quality decision making; Personal qualities that include the ability to gain and maintain the trust and confidence with a variety of clients as well as within the company; Good learning ability; Managerial courage; Action oriented and resilience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; Business/Operational skills that include customer focus; Commitment to quality management and problem solving; Influencing skills including negotiation and teamwork; Effective communication skills that include the provision of timely and accurate information; Proficient in English; Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong presentation skills; Commercial and/or marketing background are advantageous; Likes to work with new technology.
