Project Manager at least 10 years experience

We are Construction Company for Infrastructure Services in Libya.
We looking for Project Manager at least 10 years experience in Infrastracture projects.
We would like to do contract for 2 years and the first 2 monthes optional (if you would like to stay or come back).
The entrance to Libya by Turist Visa from Libyan Embassy in Warszawa for 3 monthes.
The accomadation and feeding available from the company.
The Manager should speak and write English language in good level.
The salary depend on the experience and qualifications.
