SENIOR COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Role and Responsibilities: As a Compliance Senior Administrator, you will actively participate in supporting the mission of the Compliance Officer in implementing the regulatory and Group compliance requirements, limiting compliance risk and contributing to fostering a compliance culture in the bank: * upon introduction of a new law, regulation or Group policy, you will analyse the potential impact for the business and/?or the Bank, participate in the appropriate implementation or update of local procedures and provide advice on compliance issues in order to ensure that the bank complies at all times with relevant rules and regulations; * you will carry out on-going review of policies, practices and procedures with a view to (i) keeping them updated with legal and regulatory developments and (ii) enhancing their value to the Bank and its customers; * you will participate in the preparation of reports and statistics to be produced by the department and ensure they are delivered on time; * you will take responsibility for certain compliance tasks, as well as other field work and carry out special projects as assigned to you from time to time.?
