LAWYER - VOLLJURIST (ENGL/DEU) (m/f)
THE JOB:
Legal support of the internal departments of our client
Negotiate, draft and review contracts
Provide internal legal opinions and advise on legal issues
Coordinate legal tasks in relation with internal projects
Analyse legal and regulatory developments.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Volljurist (honours or above). Bar exam in Germany,
At least 2 years of professional experience in the finance industry or in a law firm with focus on securities law, banking and/or capital markets,
Excellent Knowledge of German legal and regulatory environment
German speaking, also fluent in English. Knowledge of French will be an advantage.
