The position of a Czech Country Support Agent would require the successful applicant reply to customer queries, manage website content and translate newsletters from English into Czech.

Requirements:
- Native Czech
- Good command of written and spoken English
- At least 1 year customer support experience
- At least 1 year translation experience or degree in translation
- Igaming experience (preferably)
- Poker, casino and sportsbook knowledge
- Ready to relocate to Malta within 2 weeks
- Ready to work flexible hours including night shifts

Succesful candidates will benefit from a relocation package.
