Expekt.com focuses on providing its customers with an excellent online gaming experience. For this reason, we are always in search of the best possible candidates, who are willing to share and develop their talents with us and who can easily adapt to a fast, dynamic and results-driven culture.

Due to our consistent success we want to employ more Customer Communications Liaisons to our head office in Malta. The successful candidate will be handling customer inquires in a professional manner, assisting our customers with financial, functional and technical questions. He or she will be acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, specific functions of sportsbetting, poker, casino, supertoto, bingo and games, as well as tools used for each product. The successful candidate will also play an important role in executing promotions and campaigns, and will be involved with translations. Since we have customers from all over the world, this position will also require a 24/7 shift schedule.

You do not need to be an expert when it comes to poker or sportsbetting in order to apply - they already work for us. What we are looking for is someone who really believes in the value of customer service and who would care for our customers. You would also need to be able to speak and write fluently at least three European languages, preferably in addition to English. Previous experience in customer care will be a plus, while it is important to be able to learn, show initiative and work well in a team environment.

If you think that you possess the required credentials for this position and are willing to work for a unique and rewarding employer like expekt.com, then we invite you to send a letter of application and detailed CV in English via the link below.
