One of clients is a leading car manufacturer with well established name globally. Their operation centre is based in the Netherlands. Our client has a rich cultural environment as there are over 40 nationalities represented and more than 600 employees. The contact centre provides roadside assistance to all customers. In the role you will be responsible to resolving problems that the care users experience on the road for example arranging mechanics, appointments for reparation.

• Native level of english
• Good written and verbal skills
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Experience in customer care
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes

• Answer incoming calls
• Enter details into a computerized system
• Solve problems and help the customer as quickly as possible
