- Technical/commercial bachelor education in engineering or packaging technology - Three to five years experience in an international business to business environment with multinational customers - Proven track record in selling high-volume consumables and/or machineries, with preference in the packaging industry - Result and customer driven - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Willing to travel in Europe - Fluent in English and German language is essential, other languages are a plus
