Technical Applications Manager - Eng/Dutch - Hoofddorp

As technical application manager you will be responsible for the availability and performance of our client\'s 24/7 internet payment platform. You will be working in a group of technical application managers (TAM-group). This group is the central point of contact for problems related to the application. You will be keeping track of changes and bugs within the system using our call system. The Tam group is also responsible for applying releases, changes and updates to the system where they are required. You are the main contact between all relevant departments within the company and participate in RFI\'s and conference calls with external customers. It is expected to bring forward ideas for improvement in areas of stability and performance.
