Job outline:
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer and technical support for the configuration and use of our client’s products.

Ideal candidate:
• Excellent German and English
• Have technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience
• Have strong problem solving skills
• Computer literate
• Have strong understanding of computers using Windows based operating systems

Location: Barcelona
Salary: € 19K
Start date: Nov 16th and early Dec.
