Our international client is opening a European call center in Amsterdam. They are looking for full-time and part-time CSR consultants to drive their business forward.


Job Profile

As a Telesales consultant you will be responsible for contacting and advising European prospects and promoting programs abroad.


Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Providing advice by telephone
Ensuring that all customer contacts are handled in a professional manner, in line with brand and client values and principles
Responsible for promoting the product abroad and brand awareness
Use the in-house systems to track leads


Candidate Profile

You will join a fast-moving team of international professionals within a dynamic company.

Requirements:

MUST BE native German and fluent English
Must have Telesales or Call-centre experience
A highly customer-focused nature, sales-oriented, with cultural awareness, proactive and a flexible attitude towards work
A high school or relevant professional degree required
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
