Providing general support by e-mail and telephone to end consumers and retailers, who are either members of a new loyalty program or who are interested to participate. Send out enrolment forms and loyalty cards; Inform customers on how to use the retailer website; Register complaints received via e-mail, mail, phone or fax on the website; Handle requests for new activation codes to access the site station specific web-pages; Follow-up gift order limit with internal sales organisation; Monitoring of card over-ordering at site; Provide aggregated reports for sites w/o web access on occasional basis/ on specific requests;
