This candidate will offer internal and external customers extraordinary customer service. This position is critical to the success of the customer service
organization and growth of the sales organization. Customer interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone, e-mail
and fax communications. This position is multi-dimensional and acts as a liaison between the customer, sales representatives and internal departments.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently and apply constructive coaching as needed to improve productivity.
Candidate must act as a role model to peers and have the ability to share knowledge of company products, services and processes.
