HR ASSISTANT – KOREAN

Our international client is a global enterprise with a wide range of oil and gas industry services, who are currently looking for a HR Assistant fluent in English and Korean to join their already established team.

Job Profile for HR Assistant Korean:
Performs duties of other administrative personnel, as required by the Supervisor.
Review Medical Expense Reports to ensure all claims are in-line with Company Medical Policy.
Review Medical Invoices for direct reimbursement to Medical Facilities to ensure all claims are in-line with Company Medical Policy.
Translate Medical Invoices & Receipts for company assignees in to English from Korean.
Communicate with local medical facilities regarding received invoices & expenses to obtain any required information.
Liaise with Company Finance Unit to ensure direct payment to medical facilities/reimbursement to employees.
Preparation of Medical Guarantee Letters for company assignees and their accompanying family members.
Provide support to company representatives in the areas of cash advances, settlement of various expenses, provision of referral letters, relocation services, visa, immigration, work & residents’ permits, and others Provides advice and company policy explanation to company representatives.
Assist & coordinate personnel activities ensuring that company personnel policies, procedures and programs are effectively and consistently administered.
As required, assist the Supervisor in compiling data for the preparation of accountability reports and participate in the preparation of HR related reports.
Verify accounting records for accuracy and supporting documentation Processing incoming and outgoing mail and prioritizing accordingly.
Performs duties of other administrative personnel, as required by the Supervisor.
Candidate Profile for HR Assistant Korean:
Must be Fluent in both English and Korean (written & verbal).
A Bachelor degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of HR assistant/administration experience, with basic accounting skills.
Must have experience with working in a international work environment.
Efficient, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Good experience with computers (preferably MS Windows/Word/Excel/SAP).
