Job profile:

- Travelling abroad to customers and solving problems are the words for this IT position.
- provide phone technical support in the call centre when not travelling.
- Provide technical service via phone and /or at the customer site when necessary.
- Record all implementation dada and customer call activity in SalesLogix.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help ensure product quality and reliability.
- Responsible for the managing, scheduling and implementation of Vital Images and partner products working in a team based environment. This includes new systems and upgrades.
- Gather and document working requirements, systems information, network architecture from client and users.
- Define technical/functional strategies, requirements, and integration and implementation plans with the customer.
- Responsible for pro-active field support, activity reporting, pre sales consulting and relationship management duties.
- Serve as a primary contact for sales (both internally and externally) for technical related questions.
- Establish and maintain operating relationships with Vital Images, our partners and distributors, technical service personal and regional managers.
- Provide both technical and application software support to Vital Images product and users, Vital Images sales representatives, and distribution partners.
- Interact with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
