The role:

• Dealing with customers and solving technical problems
• Answering to all incoming queries in a professional manner
• Correspondence with customers
• Communication with the team and leaders for problem escalation
•

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English languages
• Strong technical knowledge Operating Systems and hardware
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI)
• Analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
