The role requires general technical and customer service duties, follow-up standard diagnostic procedures in order to handle queries in the most effective way possible and if a more complex problem occurs recognize it and escalate accordingly, and providing feedback to the team leader.

The ideal candidate should:

 Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
 Have strong organizational and administrative skills
 Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative
 Have a high stress tolerance
