Our customer is the leading career website dedicated to the finance community. They are looking for a dynamic, motivated and highly organised individual to join their busy Client Relationship team.

Located in their London office the CRM team handles a wide range of product and technical issues for their clients based in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg, including some of the region's top companies.

Fluent level in both French and Dutch including excellent level of English

Excellent phone manner

Customer service or call centre background

Interest in learning about the financial markets

Flexible, fast learner and very outgoing personality who enjoys training and conversing with groups of people.

Representative and professional appearance

Valid work permit for the United Kingdom and Europe

Travel required within Europe at least once a year
