Telephone, e-mail correspondence with customers in Scandinavian/German language; Treating daily incoming warranty packages; Giving out warranty numbers through UPS and controlling of correct warranty procedure; Building of sample bikes and event bikes; Order picking / order entry of goods ordered at department; Correct filling out of paperwork for shipments; Stock control; Assisting (marketing) departments on events, shows or festivals; Assisting in rebuild/rework actions; Keeping the warehouse and desk clean and workable; Correct clearance of new goods being sent back by customers; Stripping of samples and other parts.
