With guidance and direction from their Field Sales and Service Engineers or more senior ISEs, the ISE II undertakes standard technical support, quotation and sales and order administration activities for the Country Sales Team.

· Generate intercompany and customer correspondence as needed
· Ensure compliance with contract and government requirements
· Carry out export compliance screening according to QMS procedures
· Ensure that all departmental operating procedures are adhered to
· Identify discrepancies within the procedures
· Generate and followup of Customer Experience Register forms (complaints)
· Schedule time for personal development of product, applications and industry awareness
· Deliver high quality of work
· Entry of quotations and orders
· Timely and correct handling of enquiries, quotes and orders
· Provide technical and application assistance to customers
· Uptodate quote monitoring system
· Process repair orders
· Ensure repair order cycletimes are in accordance with the agreed departmental KPIs trends as required
· Establish technical descriptions, prizes and deliveries within Delegation of Authorities
· Correct and timely support of members of the customer service teams
· Assist with training and developing when needed
· Prepare analyses and reports
· Research missing information
· Recommend improvements
· Communication with customers, sales engineers and colleagues in a professional manner
· Correct translations of reports and documents
