2 x Professional Polish and German or German and Dutch near Native Speaking Customer Service Account Representatives Required for our Global Industry Teams!

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts in one of our European focused industry teams. You are primarily responsible for handling incoming phone calls; providing pricing and proposals, resolving questions/problems; following-up on unresolved issues and identifying opportunities for sales solutions, including cross selling and up selling opportunities, with a specific focus on outbound lead generation with existing customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advise / recommend / (cross/up) sell products and services to products to either mainly Polish and German customers or for the second team, German and Dutch customers
Solve customer problems in a group, with sales staff, production and engineering.
Resolving customer questions/problems and follow-ups to ensure that concerns were resolved to the clients satisfaction
Process customer inquiries, quotes and orders and administer correctly in order entry program
Assist in customer account maintenance
Coordination and communication with field sales; including extensive telephone contact and internally by utilizing company specific communication programs

Qualifications/ Requirements:
For one role, Native/Business Level Polish language is essential; Native/Business Level German language would be ideal. For the second role, Native/Business Level German and Native/Business Level Dutch language are essential. Spoken and written English is required as this is the global company language. Additional languages, to a business communication level, are highly advantageous.
Previous commercial business to business sales work experience (internal or external), minimum of 3 years
Strong mathematical and technical aptitude
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with a pleasant & professional phone manner
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills
Must be able to handle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills
Self-managed and a team player
Working knowledge of Windows-based software
Occasional travel is required
