One of our large worldwide leading ICT full-service operating clients, located in Amstelveen, is looking for a Customer Service Agent for the languages German, English and Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch.
You need to speak fluently German, English and Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch. Do NOT expect a traditional call-centre environment; this is a full-professional service desk setting with excellent conditions. You are responsible for managing incoming service requests from business clients from all over Europe. You will be responsible to meet the Service Level Agreements and will assist clients as much as possible according to target performance. Your key responsibilities are on the customer support level. Technical support experience is not required but contributes to meet high-level service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing service request i.e. incoming telephone calls, telephone queue monitoring, call logging. Calls included service requests for fax, copiers, all-in-one machines. Contacts are with suppliers, internal service desks, engineers and the clients contact persons on-site. A commercial sale is NOT part of the job. Mainly inbound but also outbound (to different countries within Europe).You work efficiently, accurate and effective. You are mainly responsible for customer satisfaction i.e. call centre performance, Responsible for effective communications between involved groups, Ensure ongoing operational excellence. Contribute to ongoing (process) improvement cycle within the service department. The team is very international, with a mixed structure and good team spirit.
Selection criteria:
Fluently speaking and writing in English, German and Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch. Understanding of delivery processes, Good communicational skills, Team player, Previous customer support experience, Flexible working attitude, Customer oriented.

The client's office is situated in Amstelveen; both by public transport and by car the location is accessible. The position is for at least 6 – 12 months with an option to be extended through our agency. There is also a real option that the client will extend
