Monitor all processing within the Supply Chain Department, ensuring best practice, high standard and efficiencies are maintained to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Monitor department budget/ stock values/stock policy/reporting and be proactive in any further savings and avoiding out of stock issues in the market. Optimise our performance of all interfaces within the Supply Chain and our customers, ensuring efficiency and reduce costs by automating and streamlining all systems. Monitor LSP / Factory/ project performance/ suggestions on improvements/ efficiency /effectiveness to reduce costs and provide a better service to our customers, supervise daily operations and ensure key controls are in place and execute corrective action.
