One of our clients is the call center of an international flight company. This call center is taking care of all the air flight reservations in 14 European countries in 11 native languages. Their services include reservations, sales, web site support, frequent flyer services, customer care and knowledge management. As Customer Contact Representative you will represent the company to all the customers and answer the telephone calls and handle e-mails within set targets. You answer questions in order to make a reservation, search for information in the computerised systems and manuals. If the initial wish can not be fulfilled, you search for alternatives to satisfy the customer. You explain the advantages of the company's products to overcome objections and make reservations.
