The Customer Service Manager for the Corporate Support Team (CST) will be a member of the group responsible handling all incoming customer communication. This job holder will work with equal efficacy in English and German and will look after the needs of WebEx German speaking customers. The key objectives are to ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention, while increasing the usage and revenue.

This is a temporary position for 3 months with possible extension.
