Job Profile

As a Customer Consultant you will be responsible for contacting and advising customers, who are interested in booking language courses or travels.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

*Providing advice by telephone
*Ensuring that all customer contacts are handled in a professional manner, in line with brand and client values and principles
*Responsible for promoting the product abroad and brand awareness
*Use the in-house systems to track leads

Candidate Profile

You will join a fast-moving team of international professionals within a dynamic company.

Requirements:

*MUST BE fluent in German and fluent English and possess excellent communications skills
*Telesales or Call-centre experience is desired
*A high school or relevant professional degree required
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*A highly customer-focused nature, sales-oriented, with cultural awareness, proactive and a flexible attitude towards work

Our client will only consider candidates who are already living in the Netherlands or have fixed relocation plans.
