Business Analyst (Back-Office)

Contract Description:

- Will conduct interviews in order to understand the environment and to build a network which helps to identify the requirements for the interfaces.
- Will team-up with Business Benefit Manager, Calypso Business Analyst and Information Managers to determine the requirements of the interfaces.
- Captures the requirements in pre-defined templates.
- Will help the Project Manager in defining the Project Breakdown Structure and Project Deliverables
- Will prepare and assist in testing the Information Systems.

Skill:

- Higher vocational education (bachelor)/ university level (master).
- Has (basic) knowledge of the Financial Market, with good understanding of the Financial and Back-Office components.
- Is able to, through interviews with the Business Benefit managers and IS System Owner, to capture the requirements of the interfaces.
- Is able to translate the requirements in KPI's such as degree of complexity of the requirements, effort, required skill set for the development and planning.
- Making a detailed functional design, on the basis of the interviews, so that the complex subsystem/ interfaces can be built or adapted according to the required functionality.
- Prepares an integral test plan within the framework of the Test Procedures in order to perform the entire test to the Information Systems or helps in preparing it.
- Advanced knowledge of development in one or more roles.
- Knowledge of project management (PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of various development methodologies.
- At least 2 years experience in the preceding qualification level.
