Assistant Store Manager

Our client is the headquarters of an international consumer goods company. There are about 150 people working in the office. Inhouse there is a store for all employees and external contacts. Due to growth of the current Store Manager we are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager with ambitions to grow. The working shifts will be from 07:00- 15:00 or 10:00- 18:00.

Amsterdam - approx. euro 1.900 p.m.- position to grow

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Overall management of the store and the employees
• Maintaining stock levels
• Purchase and order new stock

As our ideal candidate you meet the following standards:

• College degree in business
• General retail experience and experience with customer service within retail
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (may also be on conversational level )
• Able to work in a team but also direct the work of others
• Customer focused and hard working.
