Key objective is to ensure correct sales pricing in the system (SAP) for the customer base in Europe to guarantee a smooth order/ invoice process flow. As a Key-user in SAP for Sales you will be responsible for solving operational/ technical queries and support Sales Business Process Analyst.

Main tasks:

Maintain, verify and activate sales pricing in SAP.
Be the first point of contact for Sales Support for processes and SAP related queries.
Work closely with other departments e.g. Sales Logistics, Finance and Sales.
Train, guide and explain the SAP system to Sales Support.
Maintain online work instructions and training material.
Ensure the documentation of pricing structures is up to date.
Assist local Sales Support with the translation of often complex pricing into the SAP system.
Develop a strong and detailed knowledge of the business processes.
Lead the GEO expansion project for Sales.
Support the Business Process Analyst on pricing and change management projects.
Attain and keep up to date with a detailed knowledge of sales pricing in SAP and how SAP settings work for teh company.
