It employs approximately 120.000 people in more than 50 countries. Corporate Audit Services CAS is the internal audit function of the Group. It employs around 700 staff worldwide, of which around 250 in the Netherlands Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam. CAS has embarked on becoming a leading internal audit function in the industry by: a. Approaching risk management from an integrated perspective, with new horizontally organised specialised risk teams; b. Introducing a new more risk based audit methodology; c. Focussing on new core values towards our stakeholders: Global Perspective, Solution Oriented, Quality, Independence and, at the forefront, Partnership. Within CAS, CAS Risk is a new and expanding specialised risk team with currently 28 staff divided over the sub teams Credit Risk, Market Risk, Insurance Risk, Operational Risk and Compliance Risk and based in Amsterdam, Brussels, Atlanta and Hong Kong. CAS Risk is responsible for establishing a globally coordinated audit approach for risk themes, for auditing the Risk Management departments at Group level, for jointly auditing Risk Management across the world in cooperation with the regional CAS audit teams and for leading Global Thematic Audits. Job profileFor the Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk teams in the Netherlands, CAS Risk is looking for enthusiastic employees who are challenged by the changing internal audit environment at the company and the opportunities these offer for their career. Your main tasks and responsibilities are planning and executing international audits and audit programmes. This includes reporting risks and recommendations to the highest management levels in the organisation, including the Executive Board, to further enhance the internal control environment. You will act as a pioneer during the more complex audits by applying your knowledge and will act as a coach for your enthusiastic team members across the world.
