Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain an understanding with the business Assist consolidation, analysis and reporting of EMEA annual budget and monthly forecasts Verify actual results and forecast estimates, reviewupdate changes to forecast, prepare reportingvariance analysis and load budgetforecast data into the financial system Support management decisionmaking by providing projectad hoc business analysis as required Participate in monthly close processes. Tasks include research and respond to inquiries from business partners and finance; reconcile accounts; review accrual status against forecast and business changes; facilitate variance analysis, commentary and monthly reporting Prepare and consolidate annual budget and quarterly forecasts, which includes expense, capital, headcount, formats and calendar Work with all levels of the management team to articulate budgets, forecasts, projects and performance against plans Assist groups in attaining site support for investments in resources and projects Aid pricing process, including gathering run rate metrics for existing client repricing requests and comparing quoted pricing with actual account performance
