HR Payroll Administrator

For our client, an information electronics company, we are looking for a HR Payroll Administrator. In short, the administrator is responsible for supporting the monthly outsourced payroll run for all EEB NL and Sales Benelux NL employees and maintaining an accurate day-to-day bookkeeping of the payroll accounts on a detailed level. Also, this person is responsible for executing HR administrative processes.

For the payroll, you:
* Take care of correct salary administration, according to all rules and regulations (J-SOx) for national and international employees on Dutch payroll as input for the outsourced payroll at ADP.
* Take correct processing of all salary related mutation to ADP for all EEB NL and Sales Benelux .
* Look after declaration of wage tax & social insurances.
* Act as first point of contact for all employees with regards to all salary, tax and benefits related questions and policies & procedures.
* Ensure for correct execution of all relevant rules and regulations regarding tax levy, social insurances, pension execution and labor conditions.
* Support in budget preparation.
* Assist in and supports with process improvements.

For the HR Administration, you:
* Assist in maintaining the Employee Handbook and ensure that all referenced policies and procedures are up-to-date.
* Ensure that all changes (mutations) to HR master data is accurate and made in accordance with proper authorization in a timely manner
* Maintain personnel files
* Administer and confirm changes in personnel status.
* Performance Management Cycle: administer all aspects of the PM cycle, including performance and development appraisal and objectives setting
* Assist in updating the HR website development including and maintaining the HR website and HR communication to employees.
