Job profile: Implementation Manager (senior) As a (Senior) Implementation Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- The implementation of the core strategic Credit Risk Infrastructure (CRI) applications globally.
- Identify training requirements where needed and train users globally.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders globally with regard to the core strategic CRI applications.
- Maintain regular dialogue with key stakeholders, CRI senior management, CRI programme managers, and
implementation teams.
- Optimise stakeholder satisfaction levels with regard to the core strategic CRI applications.
- Identify and manage expectations of key stakeholders with regard to ongoing and future system developments.
- Liaise between key stakeholders and CRI senior management and the respective programme managers of the
core strategic CRI applications. Thus keeping all abreast of developments and the respective business areas.
- Attend PCC's of respective CRI applications. Primary objective is to keep up to date with achievements, current
issues, bottlenecks, deliverables, timeframes, and future developments;
