Junior General Ledger Accountant (logistic)

Short term (1 to 6 months) tasks:

Maintaining the GIT accounts.
Clear goods in transit accounts on aging and small differences, report differences to area's and controlling (highly automated, +/- 30.000 purchase orders at any moment).
Process manual suppliers' invoices +/- 100-300 a month.
Maintain the automated supplier's invoices. (highly automated >100.000 a month)
Accrual posting and maintenance for Freight & Warehouses charges.
Account reconciliations & clearings.
Calculate recharges / assist AR with actual invoicing.
Transport claims.
Ad hoc projects.Mid term (3 to 12 months) tasks:
- Support & replace during absence the senior accountants with
  Stock accounting & Controlling.
- Month end reporting of financial figures to HQ.
- Support of the other teams within FSSC (AR, AP, Cash & Banking) Projects.
