"Function profile:The candidate will be responsible for the below functions:Drive the development of the Banks Operational Risk framework. Provide independent and objective assessment of operational risks in the Bank. Utilize the results from the tools to reveal, analyze and prioritize potential operational risks. Coordinate re-aligning process of operational risk management practices across subsidiaries. Follow-up The Dutch Central Bank De Nederlandsche Bankregulatory Basel II guidelines and assess their implications over the Banks operational risk framework. Candidate profile 4 years relevant working experience within a banking environment. Professional background on at least HBO level. Excellent command of English is essential while speaking Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Office. Thorough understanding of operational risk management tools, both qualitative and quantitative. Highly independent, able to take initiative however still a good team player.We offerA challenging and dynamic position in a friendly and international working environment with excellent remuneration package, 40 working hours per week."
