Project Manager Market Risk Management

Job profile: Project Manager Market Risk Management As a Project Manager for Market Risk Management & Product Control Netherlands (MRM&PC), you will participate in projects on behalf of MRM&PC and manage the SOX and Operational Risk Management (ORM) process for MRM&PC. Projects involve the implementation of new front office, back office and Risk Management systems. Your responsibilities include:

· Operational management to project- & change managers and indirect management to the employees within the projects/assignments (projects can vary from 5 to 10 employees).
· Setting up project organisation and arranging the management of the project.
· Coordinating and aligning efforts of all projects where involvement of department is required.
· Organizing support for the project goals throughout the organisation and for the set-up of projects.

SOX
Managing the SOX process for MRM&PC Netherlands:
· Organize independent test procedures twice a year.
· Represent MRM&PC Netherlands in internal and external SOX meetings.

Audit
· Coordinate communication and actions with Corporate Audit Services.

Operational Risk Management (ORM)
Manage the ORM process for MRM&PC Netherlands:
· Prepare the monthly ORM reports (KRI, incident reporting) based on input from the team heads and discuss with the Head of MRM&PC.
· Liaise with ORM Amsterdam and other Operational Risk coordinators.
· Assess and improve internal controls and procedures within MRM&PC (spreadsheets, written procedures, etc).
