Within our Risk Management Department there is a vacancy for Team Manager Operational Risk ManagerReportsDirectly to the head of Risk Management Job specificationDrive the development of the Bank’s Operational Risk framework Provide independent and objective assessment of operational risks in the Bank Responsible for the coordinate risk management consolidation efforts and oversee the preparation of monthly risk management reports at the Group level Harmonize risk management related policies within the Group Utilize the results from the tools to reveal, analyze and prioritize potential operational risks Responsible for re-aligning process of operational risk management practices across subsidiaries Responsible for a correct follow-up DNB regulatory Basel II guidelines and assess their implications over the Bank’s operational risk framework Motivates, coaches and leads its team members/ colleagues to get profitable business results Job qualificationsA minimum of 7 years specialized experience in credit risks obtained within the international banking community whereby both corporate and commercial banking as well as private banking risk assessment and management are considered prime fields of experience Relevant managerial experience within a Dutch or International Bank Professional background at University level Excellent command of Dutch and English Language Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Office Extensive knowledge about quantitative analysis Knowledge of Basel II, money market risks, credit risk, transfers Thorough understanding of operational risk management tools, both qualitative and quantitative CompetencesSelf-motivated with clear leadership skills to steer and motivate team members Cross-cultural awareness and international orientation Result oriented, performs under time pressure, gets work done and meets deadlines Resilient with high level adaptation ability Definitely no nine-to-five mindset Strong financial and numeric skills / insights are recommended We offerA challenging and dynamic position in a friendly and international working environment with excellent remuneration package, 40 working hours per week."
