Project Manager -ICT -Amsterdam-

Your Opportunity Define scope, deliverables, work packages, stage plans and project plan according to the project management methodology, taking into accounts the dependancies with other projects/platforms ?Secure resources for the projects, by alligning with various other projects/platforms, taking into account their interdepartmental nature ?Control the project during its lifecycle from both cost and time perspective ?Pro-actively continuously perform risk analysis (identify, analyze and determine suitable response) ?Be responsible for troubleshooting and defining solutions to any project issue which jeopardizes the progress of the project ?Motivate and manage the project team (up to 30 people) ?Actively participate in implementing, enforcing and improving processes and structure within the organisation, founding the basis for further growth.
Your Profile ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in ICT related discipline ? At least 5 years relevant demonstrable project management experience in ICT environment ? Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (preferably Prince 2 certification) ?Proficiency in English, both written and oral ?Excellent communication and negotiation skills ?People person, enjoys motivating others ?Independent, pragmatic, analytical, results and solution driven and a with a high sense of responsibility ?Flexible attitude towards problem solving ?Ability to work in a highly changing, fast moving environment ?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
