System Engineer

Their core markets are in Europe, Africa and MIddle-East. Our client consists of 160 highly skilled people and they hav offices in Oslo, Holmestrand, Hoofddorp, Bratislava and Tanzania.The job:We are looking for a skilled and experienced satellite engineer. The work environment of Technical Engineering is fast-paced and high-energy. The Main tasks will be:-technical support in the acquisition process of new customers-participation in product development-design of customized network solutions-roll-out and support of complex communication systems-providing internal and external training These tasks require close cooperation with other departments, suppliers and customers. Requirements:-general satellite and RF knowledge and skills-knowledge of and experience in C and/or KU band VSAT technology-knowledge of and experience in RF link budget analysis-very good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols-english speaking and writing-good communications skills and able to cooperate with different partiesPreferences:-3-5 years of higher education within relevant technical areas-well organised, detail oriented and accurate-high ambitions on your own and others behalf-good communication and teamwork skills-gives high priority to personal development and shares knowledge with colleaguesConditions:-workplace location: hoofddorp, netherlands-good primary and secondary terms of employment"
