Your mission: The back office associate is the link between their front office customer service colleagues and the operations and distribution department. Responsible for accurately processing and managing sales orders, purchase orders to ensure consistently high delivery performance. Works closely with colleagues in the distribution, operations, purchasing and finance departments General tasks
• Is informed about the contents of the directives and objectives of the quality manual and the work instructions.
• Is informed about and acts according the health
• and security regulations in order to prevent accidents.
• Assure that the information supply to in
• and external customers meets the company requirements and takes place in an adequate manner to exceed customer expectations
• As an employee you are expected to willingly support and participate in Company efforts to maintain proper telephone and office coverage on a daily basis. The amount of time and degree of effort will vary depending on staffing levels as well as holidays, travel, illness etc. of existing staff
• Periodic travel to off-site training and company meetings as required Specific duties, competence and responsibilities
• Order entry of sales and purchase orders,
• All administrative tasks linked to order processing,
• Identify potential issues hampering timely delivery of orders,
• Proactively work to resolve issues in a timely manner,
• Maintain contacts with the Customer service department concerning monitoring delivery times of orders and with the operations department concerning accurate and timely delivery of orders.
